[Kaiyumi was born on Tay, just four years after Riven's collapse, Putting her at 16 years of age and Technically making her a native of the world. However, she still calls herself a Rivenese native and was already a near-expert hunter by the time she turned ten. Kaiyumi rarely acts on impulse, as she often ends up in trouble. Daisuke often calls her as "Kaiyumi-chan"- much to her annoyance- and once noted that she had a "Tsundere" personality.
Although she would never admit it aloud, Kaiyumi is glad that she met Daisuke, even if he often confuses her with his strange, other-worldly phrases and sayings. Kaiyumi doesn't care much for being the "older sister" in her friendship with Yeesha, and prefers to treat her as an equal. Kaiyumi has no real opinion of Tomoki, focusing most or all of her attention on keeping Daisuke, Yeesha, or herself out of trouble.]
[A young girl of 11, Yeesha recently lost both of her brothers, Sirrus and Achenar, in the events of MYST IV. After less than a week of grieving, Yeesha put up a genki attitude, hiding her sadness with an excess of energy. Although not a perfect mask, it suffices for her current needs when the Two Time Travelers, Tomoki and Daisuke, appear suddenly. Yeesha is best friends with Kaiyumi, whom she looks up to as the "older sister" that she never had.
Daisuke once noted that Yeesha and Tomoki have a relationship similar to Haruhi and Kyon, from the Suzumiya Haruhi series. Yeesha claims this is because Tomoki likes being dragged around all the time. Secretly, Yeesha has a profound interest in Tomoki, if only to take her mind off the death of her brothers. She refuses to believe that she has a crush on him, despite Kaiyumi's hints and nudges. When they have a private moment to themselves, Yeesha feels no need to act in any way other then how she truly feels about most situations, excluding the above mentioned facts.]
Tomoki {To-Mo-Ki}
[In Human terms, Tomoki would be 11 years old, however, his personality is that of someone slightly younger, albeit with several moments of profound wisdom that appear seemingly from nowhere. Tomoki is one of Two time travelers, and is the Bahro that Daisuke "freed" via the Original Journey. His past is a mystery- even to Daisuke, his closest friend- and he does not talk about it much; although Kaiyumi has guessed with fair accuracy that it may be connected to Adale.
Daisuke once noted that Yeesha and Tomoki have a relationship similar to Haruhi and Kyon, from the Suzumiya Haruhi series. Tomoki claims this is because he does not want to anger Yeesha in any way. Secretly, Tomoki has a crush on Yeesha, but refuses to act on it. Tomoki stubbornly claims "I can't understand these hard Japanese words!" with his hands clamped over his ears whenever Daisuke (or anyone for that matter) questions him on it. When they have a private moment to themselves, Tomoki is more open about the world he came from, and probably never will see again. Yeesha is probably the only one who knows Tomoki best, and may be the only one to have been told the exact details of his past.]
ANTAGONISTS:
Adale {Ah-da-lay}
[The Daughter of the Nekisahl Bahro Leader (whose left shoulder was skinned), Adale seeks to kill Tomoki for unknown reasons, constantly calling him a "Traitor." She Hates anything related to the Human or D'ni races, despite her own constant uses of their familiar phrases. Adale has immense powers, nearly rivaling the True Grower in terms of pure energy, that came into existence during the event known as "The Great Scream", and not even she knows where they came from, nor who gifted them to her. If she so wished, Adale could kill anyone standing in her way with a simple glare, but prefers to take a more "Hands On" Approach, and considers using her powers in such a way to be a waste.
She is the only Bahro (of the group that follows Tomoki and Daisuke to the past) that wears full body armor. Said armor is bullet proof, and can survive a head on discharge of lightning from the Great Zero with minimal damage. This armor is thought to have been made with Adale's "Reality Warping" powers, as dubbed by Daisuke, due to this resilience to damage. Adale, although directly seeking to alter history by killing Tomoki, wishes no harm to come upon the 11 year old Yeesha. Even going so far to block an attack from a common enemy to prevent the girl from receiving any damage.]
